DMCA Policy

Seven Seeds Home (“7seeds.ae”) respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines our procedures for addressing copyright infringement claims.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on Seven Seeds Home infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice. This notice must go to our designated copyright agent. We act quickly to address valid claims.

Required Elements for a DMCA Takedown Notice

To be effective, your written notification must include the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Please provide specific details, such as the title of the work or a URL to where the original work is published.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. You must provide information sufficient to permit us to locate the material on 7seeds.ae. A URL is usually the easiest way to provide this information.
  • Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification Process

If your content was removed due to a copyright infringement claim, you may submit a counter-notification. This allows you to dispute the claim. We will reinstate the content unless the copyright owner files a court action.

Required Elements for a Counter-Notification

To be effective, your written counter-notification must include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled. Include the location where the material appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district where your address is located. If your address is outside the United States, you consent to jurisdiction for any judicial district where Seven Seeds Home may be found. You must also accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Seven Seeds Home will terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright. We review all claims carefully. Users found to be repeat infringers will have their access to our services discontinued. This supports our commitment to protecting intellectual property on resources related to home design and renovation.
